William Kemp Furniture
Sharing pieces in my collection
May, 2023
Bill and Margie handcrafted fine miniature
furniture beginning in 1986.
Bill built the Early American reproductions,
and Margie stained and varnished each piece to a soft luster.
Their work was featured in Nutshell News
and was marketed at the annual
Westmoreland Hospital Auxiliary
Dollhouse Show in Greensburg, Pennsylvania
and shows up and down the US's East Coast.
Hailing from Hagerstown, Maryland,
together, they shared their love of miniatures with
their children and grand-children.
Margie and her daughter-in-law Nora,
continued to exhibit Kemp Miniatures well into the 2010's.
Today, they can be found among estate pieces,
such as those sold at Lynlott Miniatures, of Aspinwall, PA.
